The Ol' Outhouse Door Project

Well, here it is, the old outhouse door. This door was likely made in the 1950's and graced the outhouse on my parents' property for many years. I rescued it several years ago, and carried it inside a storage building for safe keeping.

Who would have thought this door from the past could possibly arrive on the world wide web! Yet, here it is, in all its glory! Fantastic.

What shall I do with the ol' outhouse door?

I had planned to paint a scene on the door, but it hasn't happened. I haven't been inspired to do the project. In fact, I had no particular scene or subject in mind, for the painting. Perhaps that's the problem?
